This entirely unofficial Zzap!64 Wooden Spoon Awards countdown revisits the magazine’s 20 lowest-scoring Commodore 64 games, from 10% down to just 3%: Speed Zone, Artura, Rogue, Crazy Paving, Werner: Mach hin!, Boing, Turbo Esprit, Trigger Happy, Inspector Gadget and the Circus of Fear, Groovy Garden, Neutral Zone, One Bite Too Deep, Cops ’N’ Robbers, Lee Enfield in the Tournament of Death, Strike!, Sky Twice, Striker, Jet Strike Mission, The Further Adventures of Alice in Videoland and Robobolt. Each game is played again to judge whether Zzap!64’s criticisms still hold up and which releases may have been treated too harshly.
