Super Pipeline – Protect the Workmen While Everything Bursts on the C64

️ Super Pipeline (1983) – Commodore 64 Puzzle-Action Pipe-Maintenance Classic Released in 1983 by Taskset and developed by Andy Walker, Pipeline... also known as Super Pipeline, is a distinctive puzzle-action game that tasks you with keeping an industrial pipe network running under constant threat. Taking on the role of a pipe foreman, you must prevent leaks, fend off enemies, and coordinate repairs before the system collapses. Gameplay revolves around navigating the pipe layout, shooting hostile creatures that cause damage, and directing workers to fix leaks as they appear. The challenge escalates as pressure builds, enemy behaviour becomes more aggressive, and multiple faults demand attention at once, rewarding quick thinking and efficient movement. On the Commodore 64, Super Pipeline delivers bold, colourful visuals and a catchy soundtrack composed by Paul Hodgson, helping maintain tension as the action intensifies.
