Skool Daze – Get the Report Card Before the Headmaster Sends It Home | C64

️ Skool Daze (1985) – Commodore 64 Open-World Schoolyard Sandbox Classic Released in 1985 for the Commodore 64, Skool Daze is an open-world action-adventure developed by Microsphere and designed by David Reidy, with graphics by Keith Warrington. You take control of Eric, a mischievous schoolboy on a mission to retrieve his disastrous report card from the headmaster’s safe before it’s sent home. To succeed, Eric must explore a fully interactive school building, attending lessons, sneaking through corridors, and outwitting teachers. The safe’s combination is uncovered by firing a catapult at shields around the school, each linked to a letter held by a different member of staff. Timing, planning, and clever mischief are essential. What sets Skool Daze apart is its pioneering sandbox design. Teachers and pupils follow their own routines, creating a living, unpredictable environment.
